In order to improve the business environment of the province, the Government of Punjab, with its development partners, has taken the initiative to ease business reforms and accordingly established the Business Facilitation Center (BFC) to provide requisite services delivered by different departments, including the Energy Department, under one roof.
The BFC shall provide guidance and process the applications of the investors for the issuance of the requisite NOCs/RLCOs as detailed below:
