132 KV OHTL in Lahore region from Lakhodair to potential consumers
Government of the Punjab is in process of development of about 50 MW Waste to Energy Power Project at Lakhodair. This project will benefit in different ways i.e. scientific waste disposal, reliable electricity to consumers etc. For facilitation of sponsors, Punjab Power Development Board (PPDB), sister entity of PGCL has hired Consultants for preparation of Bidding Documents & Formulating Security Package for the Development of WtE Projects in Punjab.
The 132 KV OHTL in Lahore region from Lakhodair to below mentioned potential consumers is proposed;
Orange Line Metro
Voltage Level – 132 kV
Length of Transmission Line – 8 km
Proposed 132 kV line from Lakhodair to Orange Line substation
Sundar Industrial Estate
VolTage Level – 132 kV
Length of Transmission Line – 48 km
Proposed 132 kV line from Lakhodair to Sundar Industrial Estate
